Wellfood is a Canadian-first grocery and wellness platform. We offer fresh foods from Canadian farmers and trusted suppliers, plus authentic ingredients from multiple cultures. You can choose a wellness program (e.g. Weight Loss, Heart Health), get weekly meal plans and recipes, and customize a subscription box that we deliver on a regular schedule.
Click “Get started” or “Register” and complete the sign-up flow. You’ll choose a wellness program and set your preferences. Then you can pick a box tier, add items, and set up payment. We’ll remind you before each delivery cutoff so you can customize your box.
Subscription options vary by tier. You can typically pause, change your plan, or cancel according to our terms. Check the pricing page and your account settings for the options that apply to you.
We deliver on a weekly schedule. After you sign up, you’ll see your delivery windows and cutoff times. Before each cutoff, you’ll get a reminder to customize your box (add, remove, or swap items). Orders are delivered to your address on the scheduled day.
Delivery availability depends on your region. During registration or in your account, you can enter your address to see if we deliver to you. We’re expanding our coverage over time.
You can change your box (add, remove, or swap items) until the cutoff time for that delivery. After cutoff, the order is locked. If you need to cancel a subscription or skip a delivery, do so before the cutoff or use the options in your account or subscription settings.
We offer programs such as Weight Loss, Diabetes-Friendly, Heart Health, General Wellness, and High Protein (Fitness). Each program comes with guidance, recommended and limit categories, and weekly meal plans with recipes that align with that program.
No. Our wellness programs and meal plans are for educational and convenience only. They are not a substitute for advice from your doctor or a registered dietitian. If you have a health condition or are on medication, talk to your healthcare provider before making big dietary changes.
Yes. You can change your program in your account or preferences. Your meal plans and recommendations will update to match the new program. Your box customization and delivery schedule can stay the same.

We label allergens and dietary information where possible. You can set preferences and filters in your account. Always read product details and labels, and if you have severe allergies, contact us or your healthcare provider with questions.
We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods offered at checkout (e.g. through Stripe). Payment is typically charged when you place or confirm your order, depending on your plan.
Log in and go to your account or subscription settings. You can update your payment method, delivery address, and contact details there. Changes may apply to future orders depending on cutoff times.
